The cat has poked its way out of the bag at Wikipediocracy, so we may as well start with BU Rob13. BU Rob13 claims that he is being harassed while he devotes all his wikitime to harassing and trolling others. Until recently he was on ArbCom harassing and trolling the entire user base. Seems only right to level the playing field.
