Kudpung Wants to Visit with Beeblebrox at Wikimania Montreal

Here's what Kudpunk typed at Beeblebum's talkpage recently:

Kudpung: "Are you going to Wikimania? I have 7 days left to decide whether or not I splash out $2,000 to go. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 00:28, 15 June 2017 (UTC)."

Beeblebrox: "Rather busy now, but I'll give it a read when I have time. Not going this year, applied for but didn't get a scholarship, but I have always heard that Montreal is a great city if that makes any difference. Beeblebrox (talk) 15:01, 15 June 2017 (UTC)."

So: Kudpung has a spare $2000.00 laying around that he can either spend on who knows what in Thailand or crossing the Atlantic to come over to North America. "Stay away from our fine continent, Kudpung!" one resident was just heard to say.

And: Beeblebrox, who is in his late 40s, wants a monetary "scholarship" from WMF to visit Montreal, where he'd sit on his butt in the back row and do no presentation or anything, which was also the case when the WMF paid him to go to Washington DC in 2010.

So Beebs is pouting over not getting a free junket from the charity that's supposed to spend money in accordance with actually furthering its mission. Classy.

I love how Kudpung is coordinating his holiday plans right on Wikipedia. No wonder Jimbo thinks they need a Facebook-type software extension.
