If you're interested in cash-strapped Wikipedians, I came across an extraordinary story a few weeks ago. It concerned a little English mod who lives up in the northeast of Thailand.

Over on Drmies' page he talked about his experiences at a Wikimania event in Washington DC. To start, he would've flown from the northeast of Thailand to BKK. He would probably have then made a stopover in Tokyo before making the long slog to DC.

When he got to DC he took a bus that shuttled WMF staff to their luxury hotel [all paid for by donor dollars]. From there, he walked back to his own hotel -- a crappy little guesthouse with dormitories sleeping 12 people to a room. And obviously no private bathroom.

If you're this hard up, why bother? Why not just stay home?

I don't know what car Guido is driving and I have read somewhere he was telling he owns that house. Not bad in Rotterdam and for sure nor a cheap house in a big city in Holland.

And this is still a mystery for me.

BasvB made it to his goal in his wiki life to insult me from the first day on, together with crap Chris, Vinvught, CaAl, arbs and sysops and crap user as , Husky Brimz, Troefkaart and so on and so on.

The both of you need to stop fantasizing about people. It's not good for your mental health. I've been a member here for a while but don't post because of your presence. ME is a severe disease but there are differences between patients. On one end, some are able to maintain a small part-time job, on the other, some are bedridden and tube-fed, lying in the dark.

I have no car. I am unable to drive and don't even ride a bicycle. I can't run, but I can walk at a decent pace. For the most part of the day, I am only half-conscious. And een stichting Paraduin. Do you capitalise in any form Wikisage, and are you aware hosting copyvio on a scale what you are doing according to Dutch law can be a criminal act? And what do you earn with that side and what is your conection to Belgium Jehova's? And what is your relation with what we call here Eurocrap S.A.?
