I'm kinda surprised. To be honest most people honestly do think he's a dick and probably deserved a ban. They just didnt like how the WMF banned an admin, for one year, on ENWP only. Had they made it site wide infldef, there would have been far less drama.

They should blame themself for there laziness not to take action against Fram and not blame WMF.

Really it's the WMFs fault. They chickened out and caved. Now they devalued and discredited their own process.

Additionally, Fram was a dick before. Just imagine what hes gonna be like now that the community fought for him.

Barely twenty people have welcomed him back so far. I've seen more Wikipedians get animated about bacon. This is certainly a fraction of the love shown for Jytdog, and he was a creepy stalker.

More importantly, he's not been welcomed back by anybody who really matters (not my phrase, just reflecting the growing belief in Wikipedia circles that at RfA, there are people's opinion who matter, and then there's the rest).

Definitely not as supported as some might hope, not him personally, as a human or an Administrator. My prediction seems sound.

I'm gonna do what I have always done here. If what you post sounds stupid, I'm gonna call you out for it. If you bring up your sob story when it isn't remotely relevant, I'm gonna highlight it.

If the people who run this site think it would be better if a serious critic like me didn't have to suffer the indignity of being called a troll, maybe they will kick you out.

I don't think I'm bullying you. This isn't Wikipedia, I'm not under any obligation to consider your feelings when I feel it necessary to tell you what you're doing wrong and how you can correct it.

He will continue to do what he did before. Based on his editing pattern, I'm pretty sure that Fram is a paid editor. Not to promote something, but to act as he does.

It's worth noting it looks like he's not going to be subjected to any kind of restriction if/when he does retain his tools. The Admonishment is worthless, something that is already widely ignored by all, even the Committee, as per Black Kite's continuing example of how bad an Administrator can be and face no consequences.

Fram can be as good or bad as he wants to be, safe in the knowledge that if someone really has a problem with him, they're still going to face the same hurdles as before.

The question for the voters is, if he does get worse, but only a little bit worse, as if seemingly trying to test the limits of what he can get away with, rather than making a genuine effort to change in response to all the feedback, then what, realistically, can they do about it?

I don't think he is paid honestly, but I do think Fram is an expert debater and has been using the Arbcom as his own personal hatchet squad for years. He probably has more successful arbcom submissions that anyone. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't submit one on Laura Hale and others eventually.
