Kumioko posting as Perseus until further decision

Kumioko's main account is currently blocked to avoid the 30 huffish comments / day spam, that was going on before I blocked him.
He can post (with approval) at any time using his Perseus account, but refuses to do so.

After I blocked him, he wrote pages and pages on discord, of how the moderators support CrowsNest's abuse (Do you hear this, Crow?), and how the mods lie, manipulate, and similar abusive nonsense, just to avoid taking responsibility for his own actions.
In the last week this venting has calmed down, and Kumi occasionally participates constructively in discussions, therefore I'm considering to give him what he wants, but would never ask for (and another chance): unblocking his main account.

If there is support for this from a few contributors, I will do so. Please share your votes, and opinion. CrowsNest's "heavily involved" opinion will be read, but won't influence the outcome.

All I hear is you whining about having had to deal with something I TOLD YOU WOULD HAPPEN.

I won't be telling you what will happen if you unblock him, even though everyone here knows what will happen, eventually. I'm just going to sit back and laugh, because you deserve what he will do. You deserve to be the person who gets the blame for utterly ruining this place even more than you already have, and having the brass balls to pretend like you were doing me a favour in the process.

Kumioko calms down, eventually, because he's a desperate addict and a very sad man with zero dignity and self respect. And ultimately because what he does in those episodes is the product of actual, literal, mania. Couldn't stop himself even if he tried.

I am everything he is not. You're paying the price for not listening to me. And you will keep paying it, until you admit your mistake and take the necessary corrective action. Then I will respect you. Kumioko doesn't respect you, and never will. But he's not above playing nice with people he hates if there's something in it for him. A Wikipedian to his core. He will play you like he has played you before.

I'd call that bluff.

Kumioko was the recipient of non-stop tag team harassment from Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. Despite this he remained less out of control with the shrieking and the shit-flinging than Crow and more productive than Sancho (by a factor of 10, outside of Sancho's superior output of LARGE COLORED TYPE, bellowed obscenities, and train photos). Crow wins the disruptive spam contest as well.

Crow remains the better long term participant. However, he is so out of control whenever Kumioko is here that you've either got a choice of moderating both of them hard or keeping Kumioko out altogether, in my opinion.

He literally lied about what an Administrator said, not even caring to get the right Administrator, and then when called on it, doubled and tripled down, as a last Hail Mary to get something, anything, brown and sticky, to land on me. And he's cried for two straight weeks because his plan didn't work. Even after his history of miserable failure in all of his campaigns (except the highly successful volunteer for Wikipedia for zero credit scheme), he was apparently still stupid enough to believe this time it would work.

He's a threat to any forum stupid enough to let him post. Juice can't do anything to prevent it happening again, or something equally stupid, hence why it's gonna be so entertaining to watch him think he can. Stupid fuck genuinely deserves it. Karma.

You know how hilarious it's gonna be, reminding Kumioko of all the crazy stupid shit he said and did, if he ever does accept being unblocked without any admission they did him wrong? He'll fucking flip his biscuits before a week has passed.
