Not really, MelVic (looks like a Ukrainian who lives in Melbourne, Australia) had been fighting with people on Ukrainian WP. It's been fucked up for years thanks to their political chaos. It took the WMF FIVE YEARS to put him/her on the Global Ebil List.

Judging from his Arabic-WP edits (translated) he was doing assorted trivial "gnoming". He obviously lives in Qatar. Possibly there was some kind of political squabble happening here--ar-WP did a great job of covering up the details.....i don't see anything obviously "outrageous" or "disruptive" here.

King kong92 registered in 2006, at the age of 14, thus somewhat immature.

They lasted 4 years on Wikipedia (with intermittent inactivities) until an indefinite block.

Back then, in the 2000s (a.k.a. Wikipedia's Monobook years), sock puppeteering was not yet punished with indefinite blocks.

Nine years later, they decided to try a comeback.

They were free for around 1 month, boasted about being a proud Wikipedian since 2006, but then the blue bear hunter catched them (see bottom of that page).

(Side note: Berean Hunter was shortly blocked in 2008 due to edit warring. But then unblocked manually.)
