Wikipediocracy not taking new registrations?
I tried registering with Wikipediocracy a few days ago. My follow up activation email never arrived. They have also not replied to a folow up "hello?" to their email.
I was going to send a further email, but then I realised they probably don't even care about the issue I intend to post about. According to their search function, it's never been mentioned on their forum once.
It's not even a small issue, quite the reverse. It's the soon to be live EU Digital Services Act. I'm pleased to see it's already been noticed here....

It takes awhile to screen you, I’ll bet they check-use your email and IP, they’re a bunch of arrogant know-it-all snobs, smart but not wise. I was blocked over there for not being politically correct… typical of libs with Trump derangement syndrome… bet they all have Ukraine flags on their Twitter accounts.

Re: Wikipediocracy not taking new registrations?
In their heyday, back in 2012-2014, there was so much traffic and interest that Wee Billy and Gomi HAD to keep it running. 100+ posts per day were typical.
Now Gomi has handed all remaining power to Billy and Tarantino (given up or been tossed out, I don't know), and most of their original regulars have also quit or been forced out, so there's less impetus to keep it running. I am quite sure this is also why the blog gets so few posts. Don't be super-surprised if it goes down for weeks at a time, like Encyclopedia Dramatica. Lots of terminally-online types love ED's satirical crap. So even if Dramatica's site host is totally blasted (which has happened at least 3 times since 2017), someone will restart it and restore the wiki database.
There's really not much on Wikipediocracy to "amuse" the casual reader. Especially if arbitrators and total bastards like Andythegrump (one of the few anonymous insiders to be named in a lawsuit) are allowed to hang about and abuse actual critics.

I liked their reporting on the toaster story. Notably most "reliable sources" mentioning the fake toaster founder as real haven't removed their relevant articles

It seems this is perhaps quite a big problem for them....

Post it here if you have access to it, so I can see if I made it onto the list or not.

Anyone know how long that list is....are we talking tens or hundreds of accounts?I purge people who never log in after registering
Inactive accounts are a minor security risk.
Edit: I dropped a new list of never-used accounts in the mod forum.
