Here is an example of Beeblebrox blatantly ignoring a very important Wikipedia legal policy, child protection.

Policy is clear, you simply don't publicly accuse people of uploading child pornography, period. The fact the accusation was probably false (the user isn't banned) makes it so much worse. Ban worthy imho, given his lofty perch.

The fact that Beeblebrox is allowed to hold even a millimetre of moral high ground over anyone on Wikipediocray, let alone give an allegedly informed opinion on legal matters (unless it is to use himself as proof the WMF have entirely voided their Section 230 responsibilities), is absolutely deplorable.

The likes of "Beeblebrox" has no legal right to anonymity, that is a Wikipedia construct.

Well, the little pricks have done a bang-up job of keeping him anonymous. So far.....

Since this case seems to have involved Yamla, then you can be 100% sure that a very bad decision has been made for very bad reasons (he's most definitely the type to decline an unblock request just because he can, and because making it go away is convenient for everyone involved), and Beeblebrox and company would be quite unable to defend it if and when the WMF Legal Department sends them a polite request to look into the matter.

There's NEVER been a "polite request". Any "Please Stop" posts on talkpages are phony politeness--theater. People who say that, are either admins with the ban button ready, or have an admin lined up and willing to do it for them.

Lawyers and POV-biased articles aside, I continue to be AMAZED that no one has (yet, to our knowledge) tried to dox a WP insider and then gone to the fat fool's house and assassinated him. Keep expecting this to happen AT LEAST ONCE, given all the uncountable hundreds of thousands of editor accounts they have banned in the past 20 years. People are gunned down in the bad parts of LA every night for far less reason.

Just maybe; Wikipedia really isn't as "IMPORTANT" as its insiders think it is? They fool themselves first and most of all.
