From my understanding the three main things they did were:
1) Pitted separate Leftist organizations against one another.
2) Tricked them into illegally selling alcohol and thus get arrested.
3) Carried out a raid for both (false) arrests and intimidation.
Page 19 is still quite relevant to even modern "progressive" use of language.

Yeah I know. But it is still known by a lot fewer Americans than it should be. Some people have heard of COINTELPRO, but few actually know what happened.
