Multi-kilowatt would melt the receiver inside the repeater - what the sumbitch is doing is "deadkey"-ing the repeater at possibly 50-100 watts and his antenna is probably a Yagi pointed towards the Mount Krumpett the machine is located at. Herr Jammer has his mic jacked into an MP3 device that plays the Moon Man raps and the transceiver is probably at a watt and hooked to a Class E linear amp. Or there were few listeners that night and Jammer Boy got away with it nearly scot-free (I used Broadcastify for the audio, so their reciver was picking it up and streaming it online).
