Bibliowiki moves to South Korea

Due to something called digital nafta, and the sysadmin deciding to retire on Nov 1st, I am busy moving Bibliowiki from Canada to South Korea.

Bibliowiki is like Wikisource with a shorter copyright term, started in 2006.

I have pretty much done the setup now, and look at all these new users... such a shame they are all spammers and vandals. :P
